The Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) has opened a complaint and consultation service related to Holiday Allowance (THR) for workers across all provinces in Indonesia. The purpose of this service is to help employees address issues regarding THR payments ahead of religious holidays.
How to Submit a Complaint to the Kemnaker THR Post
Click Login and sign in using your SIAP KERJA account (or create a new account if you do not have one).
Select THR Complaint (Pengaduan THR).
Choose the province and regency/city where you work.
Select your company (or register it as a New Company if it is not listed).
Fill in your job details, employment status, problem description, chronology, and upload relevant evidence.
Click Report (Laporkan); you will receive a response via email and can check the status through your complaint history.
In addition, a THR consultation service is also available, where workers can submit complaints through the chat feature on the same page.
No Later Than 7 Days Before Eid
As is known, Kemnaker through a Circular Letter (SE) requires companies to provide THR to employees who have worked for at least one month, whether under a Permanent Employment Agreement (PKWTT) or a Fixed-Term Employment Agreement (PKWT). THR must be paid no later than 7 days before the religious holiday and cannot be paid in installments.
