What requirements you'll need to be eligible

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
2. 5-10 years of accounting experience, with at least 2-4 years at a managerial level in the F&B industry (experience with chain restaurants and franchises is preferred).
3. Female, with a maximum age of 45 years.
4. Detail-oriented, organized, and patient.
5. Willingness to be placed in Bekasi.
6. Possession of Brevet A/B and CPA certification is a plus.

What you'll be doing on the job

1. Prepare Financial Statements every month, ensuring they are accurate and submitted on time (Main Job: creating journal entries & account balances).  
2. Participate in the development of financial and accounting policies for the company’s operational activities.  
3. Participate in financial projects (such as system updates in ERP, SAP, etc.).  
4. Ensure that all financial reports from all departments (sales, HR, and management) are seamless, compliant with regulations, and follow SOPs.  
5. Interact with all levels of staff, from department heads to stakeholders, in the preparation of financial reports and budgets for each department, including matters related to hiring, development, etc.  
6. Create the General Ledger for each financial report.  
7. Analyze all accounting and financial transactions, both incoming and outgoing, within management.  
8. Ensure that all financial activities comply with policies and are properly applied to avoid fraud.  
9. Prepare detailed Financial Journals.  
10. Work with the Audit and Tax team to create financial reports.  
11. Develop and communicate cash flow projections for each department and management.  
12. Supervise the financial and accounting team, ensuring they are motivated and provided with proper support to meet their job duties and responsibilities.
