What requirements you'll need to be eligible
1. Complete sales target of Hisense Air-conditioning systems (Include VRF, Chiller, Big capacity split unit and inverter split)
 
2. Able to do sales forecast accurately.
 
3. Able to develop the channel like develop, main contractor and consultant to spec-in Hisense brand in the project until the signing contract.
 
4. Have experience in proshop for atleast 2 years and above.
 
5. Able to maintain the relationship with the channel.
 
6. Able to speak Indonesia and english. Chinese as extra bonus.
 
7. Able to understand about how to promote the products Hisense Air-conditioning to the client.
 
8. Have strong background in HVAC for VRF, Chiller and Big capacity split unit, and able to make selection.
 
9. Willing to be working in Surabaya
What you'll be doing on the job

As a Senior Sales HVAC at Hisense, your primary responsibilities will include achieving sales targets for Hisense Air-conditioning systems, including VRF, Chiller, large capacity split units, and inverter splits. You will be expected to accurately forecast sales and develop channels by working with main contractors and consultants to ensure Hisense products are specified in projects until contracts are signed.

You should have at least two years of experience in a proshop environment and be adept at maintaining relationships with these channels. Proficiency in both Indonesian and English is required, with Chinese language skills considered an additional advantage. You will need to effectively promote Hisense Air-conditioning products to clients and have a strong background in HVAC systems, particularly VRF, Chiller, and large capacity split units, including the ability to make selections. This role is based in Surabaya.
