Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  1. 4-7 years of experience as a Relationship Manager (RM) in Lending, specifically in the Cikarang, Karawang, or Bekasi area.
  2. Proven experience in handling SME and Commercial loan segments, with loan sizes ranging from IDR 50 billion to IDR 500 billion.
  3. Strong understanding and experience in the following industries: Manufacturing, Automation, and Trading.
What you'll be doing on the job

- Seek potential client for Commercial segmentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized lending solutions.
- Identify and pursue new lending opportunities, including personal loans, mortgages, and business financing.
- Conduct thorough credit assessments and risk analysis for loan applications, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
- Prepare and present loan proposals to clients, highlighting benefits and terms that align with their financial goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products and services.
- Monitor and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely follow-ups, renewals, and service delivery.
- Address client concerns and inquiries promptly, providing exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
