Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management or head roles within the property or real estate development industry.
3. Ability to handle absenteeism and overtime management effectively.
4. Experience in HR generalist roles, with a focus on employee relations and performance management.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to enhancing employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage recruitment, performance management, and employee relations to foster a productive and engaged workforce.
2. Manage conflict resolution and disciplinary actions to maintain a positive work environment.
3. Lead the performance appraisal process, setting clear objectives and providing feedback. Develop and execute performance improvement plans and career development programs.
4. Develop, enforce, and update HR policies in compliance with local labor laws and company regulations. Ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
5. Handle employee absenteeism, track attendance, and manage overtime requests. Ensure compliance with company policies regarding timekeeping and compensation.
