What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Requirements:
1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Manager.
2. Fluency in English is required.
3. Proficient in computer use.
4. Knowledgeable about income tax art. 21.
5. Strong understanding of HR practices with a proven ability to deliver effective HR solutions.
6. Demonstrates creativity, critical thinking, and strong analytical abilities.
7. Skilled in writing and communication, with strong negotiation and administrative abilities, detail-oriented, responsible, honest, and a team player with a positive attitude, maturity, proactive, and capable of multitasking with an outgoing personality.
8. Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
9. A committed individual with a high level of integrity.

What you'll be doing on the job

1. Responsible for handling full spectrum of HR, Admin, and Compliance activities including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefit, set up SOP and regulation related with HR function, talent and organization development, training, company polices / procedures and manpower regulation application to meet overall organizational business objectives.
2. Provide advice to management with regards to all HR related matters.
3. Involve in annual business planning personnel budget.
4. Any other tasks / projects that may be assigned from time to time
