• Expected min. 5 years working experience 
• Prior experience with heavy construction and earthmoving equipment, work 
tools/attachments and aftermarket services 
• Business acumen and strong project management skills 
• Customer-service orientation 
• Good to have previous experience working in an international environment / regional 
or global team. 
• Prior experience in field assignments with the ability to work independently. 
• Expected 30% - 50% Travel requirements

Key Responsibilities:

✓ Customer-service orientation; providing product assistance, application, and 
guidance both externally (customers) and internally 
✓ Having in-depth knowledge of our (new) products 
✓ Manage new products introduction process and project 
✓ Gather product analysis to support our machine performance, total cost of 
ownership messaging and implementing customer solutions designed to maximize 
product value 
✓ Develop and promote materials that support sales growth and dealer/customer 
engagement with the product 
✓ Delivering training & Customer support; Delivering both virtual and in-person 
events such as training, support customer visits and trade shows
