What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Proficiency in compensation and benefits administration, including payroll calculations, salary grading, and salary structure maintenance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret compensation data and generate insightful reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Willingness to be based at KSB’s headquarters in Cikarang
What you'll be doing on the job
- Develop and manage salary and compensation structures to ensure alignment with market standards and compliance with regulations.
- Manage employee benefit programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, wellness benefits, and other programs.
- Provide compliance reports and coordinate with external auditors if needed.
- Use data to provide strategic recommendations to management for program improvements and adjustments.
- Address compensation and benefit-related questions and issues promptly and effectively.
- Develop and implement new policies that support organizational goals and employee needs.
- Lead or participate in special projects related to compensation and benefits, such as market evaluations or new system implementations.
