What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Qualifications: 
● · Minimum of 8 years in HR and GA role preferably in a fast-paced environment in 
tech/internet/ecommerce. 
● · Minimum of 2 years in manager roles, leading team with minimum of 2 people. 
● · Strong execution skills and strategic mindset for HR. Familiarity with recruitment 
process, compensation benefit, HR systems & regulations. 
● · Strong execution skills and strategic mindset for GA. Familiarity with procurement 
process, compensation benefit, HR systems. 
● · Organized, detailed- and result-oriented, strong problem-solving & analytical skills. 
● · Business level fluency in English and native level fluency in the designated local 
language (Indonesian); 
● · Must have a strong interest in crypto/blockchain/technology space. 
● · Must be able to work independently. Strong work professionalism and collaboration to 
work remote with local team members 
● · University degree relating to psychology or human resources management is a plus. 
● · Live in Greater Jakarta Area.

What you'll be doing on the job

Key Responsibilities: 
●  Manage all core HR departmental areas, from HR strategy, compensation and benefit, 
recruitment and talent program, and maintaining and improving HR-related systems. 
● · Manage the execution of the HR Strategy to ensure achievement of the objectives of 
company. 
● · Manage Employee program from talent search & planning, recruitment, on-boarding, 
performance review, to off-boarding process. 
● · Manage allocation of HR & GA budgets to support company growth and profitability 
measure. 
● · Manage and execute employee GA related tasks including arrange business travel 
such as ticketing, accommodation and transportation for employee. 
● · Manage and execute office GA related tasks including office maintenance and 
housekeeping, regular office asset maintenance, asset renewal, and reporting. 
● · Manage and execute procurement process to help business from sourcing the vendors, 
review and pitching process, contract, and off-boarding. 
● · Ensure internal HR communications, including any issues, initiatives and programs are 
well planned, coordinated, relevant, timely and adhere to the company’s values. 
● · Having broad knowledge on compliance and workforce legal regulations in Indonesia 
(Including local professional standards, policies and regulations) to ensure employment 
law, HR policy, best practice and workforce development are applied. 
● · Able to execute and running the task independently with limited support and resources.
