Agri-Essence is a producer of natural essential oils with a deep focus in new methods of extracting Indonesia essential oils. We adopt the vertical integration concept, playing the role of farmer, researcher, producer & distributor. Having customized solutions to your specifications, while reducing cost, and increasing reliability, we are now interested in forming partnerships to deliver quality.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy , Business Management.
- With more than 5 years in the same position.
- Experience in Agriculture industry, form Horticultura industry or Essential Agro Industry.
- Experience in Patchouli (Nilam) is a Plus.
- Strong in analytical Skill and negotiation skill.
- Good Communicating Skill at All levels.
- Both Spoken and written English.
- Able to do Job and project independently.
- Good relationship with supplier’s communities.
- Familiar with Sumatera and Java Area is a Plus.
- Think analytically and logically.
- Respond to challenging situation and think of solution.
- Anticipate problems and take advance precautionary or mitigating actions.
- Handle a project from start to finish and make it a success.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Manage for Agro Planting, Plasma Planting / partnership program, and any Agro Project that company with competitive undertake to achieved cost and reach harvest target.
- Manage Supply Chain of Feedstock / Raw Material (Agro Product).
- Negotiation with the farmer / collector.
- Handle for logistic of feed stock.
- Handle project and analytical.
- Handle for land sourcing and land acquisition.
- Lead the Agriculture Team.
