  • Have >7 years experience in handle lending portfolio / lending client (segmentation : SME - Commercial)
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Overseeing all operational activities within the branch, including cash handling, transactions, account openings, and closures.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication, problem-solving, and personalized service.
  • Setting and achieving branch sales targets for various banking products and services (loans, deposits, investments, etc.).
  • Keeping abreast of technological advancements in banking and implementing new technologies and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
