Who you'll be working for
A Korean Bank company that established since 1990, currently >90% acquired by Korean Financial Association
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Have solid experience in corporate lending (>15 years) experience.
  • Have strong potential pipeline for Corporate clients (preferable : manufacturing, agriculture, FMCG, Local Conglomeration, etc), Corporate Segmentation loan : 500 Bio - BMPK.
  • Potential bank yang bisa di approach : BTPN, Mizuho, Deutchse, ICBC, Standard Chartered.
  • Minimum punya database banyak di local loan (proposi minimum 70% handle local loan client).

What you'll be doing on the job
  • Seek potential pipeline for Corporate segmentation to use OK Bank lending service.
  • Responsible to lead 10-15 team member.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the corporate banking division aligned with the overall goals of the organization.
  • Drive initiatives to expand the division’s market presence and increase profitability.
  • Oversee the credit approval process for corporate clients, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies within the division.
  • Implement risk management practices to mitigate operational and credit risks.
  • Use market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and formulate strategies accordingly.
