A Korean Bank company that established since 1990, currently >90% acquired by Korean Financial Association
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Have >7 years experience with strong potential pipeline for Commercial segmentation (preferable : manufacturing, Hospital Kelas A, etc), Commercial Segmentation loan : 50 - 500 Bio

What you'll be doing on the job
  • Seek potential pipeline for Commercial segmentation to use OK Bank lending service (prefer from company that serve local client, avoid 'desk' bank).
  • Responsible to lead 5 team member.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the commercial banking division aligned with the overall goals of the organization.
  • Drive initiatives to expand the division’s market presence and increase profitability.
  • Oversee the credit approval process for corporate clients, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies within the division.
  • Implement risk management practices to mitigate operational and credit risks.
  • Use market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and formulate strategies accordingly.
